LANS is led by a Board of Directors that is inclusive of highly distinguished individuals with different experiences and capabilities.
This Board is the governing organ of Little Angels Network Society. The board provides strategic leadership and direction to the organization including visionary leadership for the sustainability of the organization. The Board meets quarterly in a year to discuss the progress of the organization and makes relevant decisions. An Annual General Meeting is held every year.
The secretariat comprises of the working staff headed by the Chief Executive Officer and handles the day to day operations of the organization. It is composed of highly qualified and competent professionals working under three tier structures of Adoptions, Development Programs and Support.
